We’re excited to announce a groundbreaking step in our mission: the launch of Noble Villages, a financially sustainable initiative designed to serve our city’s vital public service professionals—teachers, police officers, firefighters, and nurses.
These villages will generate a steady income stream, enabling us to bolster the Elevate Villages, which require greater financial support due to the specialized programming we offer. Together, we are not just creating communities: we are forging a sustainable future for those who dedicate their lives to serving others.
Wendy's Village
Our first Noble Village—Wendy’s Village is a partnership between Harrison School District 2 and We Fortify. This village is located on the Mountain Vista Community School property and will be a “campus-like” residential setting for teachers and school staff.
All residents of this village will be recommended to Wendy’s Village by the school district. The residents will sign a 1-year lease agreement with a maximum of three years of availability in the village.
A second Noble Village is in the master planning stage with Harrison School District 2. Once Wendy’s Village is complete, we will begin construction on the second teacher village located near Giberson Elementary School.
